    1. Where do I setup an email signature in the new interface?

You can configure an email signature in the Settings – Email Accounts – Signature tab. Signatures from the old MyMail cannot be transferred, you will need to re-enter them in the new MyMail.

    1. Does my e-mail need to be transferred from the existing MyMail to the new interface?

With the exception of the “Sent mail” folder (explained below), email and folders are always the same on both new and old MyMail systems. So there is no need to transfer messages.

    1. If I delete email on one interface will it also delete it on the other?

Yes.

    1. Where are sent messages stored in the new MyMail?

Sent messages will automatically appear in the Sent Items folder. This may be different than the folder you are used to since the old MyMail system stores sent messages in a folder of your choice.

    1. Will I receive email faster on one system versus the other?

No, mail will arrive at the same time on both interfaces.

    1. Can I change the theme / look in the new interface?

Yes, you can select from several pre-configured themes in the new interface themes dropdown in the Settings – Common menu.

    1. How can I mark emails as spam in the new interface?

The Spam button does not integrate with our existing Spam process. Continue to use the existing method for Spam.

    1. How can I add or delete a folder in the new interface?

You can add or delete folders in the Settings – Email Accounts – Manage Folders Tab. Note that deleting non-empty folders is not allowed. To delete such a folder (it has disabled checkbox), delete its contents first.

    1. How do I set the name displayed in messages I send in the new MyMail?

To have your name displayed on emails you send, enter your name in the Settings – Email Accounts – Properties Tab, and click on save when done
