May to August - Hours and days of operation
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 3:30PM

September to April - Hours and days of operation
Monday to Friday: 8:30AM to 4:30PM

During Exam Periods (F, W, S1, S2)
In addition to the hours posted above, live chat service will be open on Saturday from 11:00AM to 3:00PM
