Important Information - Read First

IT support services are de-centralized.  This means that individual Faculties provide their own IT support.  Faculty IT groups provide classroom support and general support.To better serve you, it is important that you contact your local IT support group before reaching out to UIT.  If you do not have a local IT support group or if UIT is providing support for your Faculty, you can reach us as detailed below.

Classroom Support: UIT provides support for centrally bookable rooms (RAC rooms). For support in all non-RAC rooms, please contact your local IT support team.
