If you have Symantec Endpoint Protection (or any other Anti-Virus) installed then first uninstall it by following these steps:
- On the client computer, on the Start menu, click Control Panel > Programs and Features (or Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program).
- In the Programs and Features (or Uninstall or change a program) dialog box, click Symantec Endpoint Protection, and then click Uninstall/Change.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to remove the client software.
- Restart the computer.
