Recovering lost mail folders

  1. Login to If you have any boxes checked off, click on Perform Maintenance Operations; otherwise, click on Skip Maintenance. Then click on Options.
  2. From the Mail Management column, click on Lost Folder Restore.
    Note: You can restore entire folders, NOT individual email messages, from as far back as five days.
  3. Place a check mark next to the folders you would like to recover, then click on the Restore Folders button. Note: Any folders you recover are displayed to their original name plus the date in time to differentiate from the current folder if it exists. Example: sent-mail-from-July_18_1200.
  4. To make a correction, click on the Undo changes button.
  5. To exit the menu, click on the Return to Options button.
