Old MyMail


Faculty and staff can have a centrally-supported @yorku.ca email account that is distinct from a Faculty-supported email account you may also be using. York email accounts should be used only to conduct University business.
Note: @yorku.ca email accounts are disabled when you leave York University.

How do I get it?

Activate your MyMail account:

Changing your MyMail password:

  • Log in to Manage My Services with your Passport York, click on change passwords, place a check mark beside electronic mail, enter new password twice and click on change passwords.

Access your York email:

  • Webmail
    (York's web-based email service for faculty and staff)
  • Email software
    (Set up your email account in your own software or mobile device)
