MyApps scheduled maintenance, 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday December 21, 2020

UIT Service Advisory

 

Please note MyApps service will not be available on Monday December 21st, 2020 between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. 

 

UIT teams will be performing a service upgrade to latest vendor release to address known product issues, improve service performance and reliability. 

 

There will be no change to existing Mac and Windows clients.  

 

Note however, this upgrade does not include service compatibility for devices running the latest Mac OS 11 (Big Sur).  Our vendor has indicated that support is to be expected early next year. 


We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this scheduled maintenance may cause and thank you for your continued cooperation and support.
