Dear York Community,
Since our update of Friday evening, IT staff and external experts focused their efforts overnight to repair the issues with the database that eClass relies on to function properly.
We are pleased to share that progress has been made to repair the faulty database. While the database is now functional, we must take steps to further test and configure eClass to ensure we can resume normal usage with a high number of users. While these additional resiliency tests are being conducted throughout the day, users should expect some fluctuations and intermittent outages with eClass.
We appreciate your ongoing understanding and patience and will share updates on additional progress as soon as possible.
